2.               Notice of the meeting was posted Friday, August 26, 2016.

 

3.               Approve the minutes of the meeting of Wednesday, August 31, 2016.

 

4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Metro Parking Garage. (Document Received)

 

Contract No. 1869 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Amber Kinzer.

Contract No. 1350 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Mark Stoneman.

Contract No. 1867 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Jonathan A. Neal.

Contract No. 1666 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Tim Pryor.

 

5.         Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

6.         Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.

 

7.         New business: In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S.   311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.

 

8.         Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the following:

 

                        a. To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307 (B) (4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim by Marc Ford, TC-2016-22, and where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
